1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mystic Continent portal and game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. In closed registration mode, you must also hold an active IGC.Premium or IGC.Premium Plus licence.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Each registered e-mail address may have only one portal account.
  • A single portal account may hold up to 3 game accounts.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using third-party programs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
  • Impersonating staff members or other players.
  • Distributing, selling, or trading in-game items or currency for real money without authorisation.
  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software associated with Mystic Continent are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game or portal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect the following data when you register: e-mail address, first and last name (open mode), IP address at registration, and the IGCN member ID linked to your subscription (closed mode). This data is used solely to operate the portal and game service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Login events (timestamp and IP address) are recorded for security purposes and retained for 90 days.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
